REPORT ABUSE

 In accordance with the Mandatory Reporting law of the State of Arizona, all employees and volunteers are responsible to immediately report reasonable suspicion of the abuse of any minor, regardless of the source of th e abuse.  Such reports should be immediately made to law enforcement in the appropriate jurisdiction.  A report should also be made to the Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS) if the accused person is a family member or guardian.  After those reports are made, a call to the Office of Child, Adolescent and Adult Protection (OCAAP) for the Diocese of Tucson is required.
